As CEO of United Properties Matt Van Slooten oversees all aspects of the business, which represents more than 7 million sq. ft. across several markets, including Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin and Florida. Matt joined United Properties in November 2018, after serving as the president of commercial properties for CSM Corporation for four years. Prior to that, he spent 25 years with Carlson Real Estate Company, advancing through all critical company roles leading ultimately to president of the organization, a post he held for 13 years. While at Carlson Companies, he was the recipient of the Carlson Fellow Award for Leadership Achievement, the company’s highest honor.
